Narrow River Fall Landscape Painting

I really wanted to paint fall colors reflecting in the water.  So I drove around town checking out a few ponds, but the leaves just weren’t really turning yet. The beautiful yellow foliage on this tree caught my eye so I decided to give the Narrows another try. The yellow and red wines creeping up the old bridge were so pretty.  The water color varied between deep bottle green and teal color depending on how the sun hit it.
