Reproduction of an original watercolor painting by Rhode Island artist Jessica Shaffer.  This studio painting is based on plein air studies painted kayaking around Dutch Island.  I love kayaking around the island and taking a break for a quick plein air study.   While these studies usually have lots of splattered paint from the wind knocking paint droplets off my brush, the experience can’t be beat.
